To celebrate Seollal, a traditional Korean Lunar New Year holiday, we would like to inform you that Nurilounge customer service will be temporarily paused during the holiday period.

• Period: January 25th (Sat) to February 2nd (Sun) (KST)

(January 24th 15:00 - February 1st 15:00 (UTC))

• Service Pause: There will be delays in responding to user inquiries.

During this period, you may still submit inquiries through our inquiry form or email. However, please note that we will begin processing and responding to all inquiries sequentially starting from 10:00 AM KST (01:00 UTC) on February 3rd (Mon).
