Important Notice: Incorrect Payout Information for Non-Paid Campaigns
Dear esteemed members of Nurilouge,
We would like to inform you that there was incorrect payout information displayed earlier and to provide the follow-up procedures.
What happened?
During the recent implementation and update of the Payout function, 100,000 KRW of settlement amounts were accidentally allocated to the Non-Paid campaigns. Please check the related campaign list below:

Even though these campaigns were not paid campaigns, they were still visible on the “Available Payout” section of our users’ payout page, showing an amount of 100,000 KRW. This caused some users to mistakenly submit their payout requests with incorrect information.
How does this affect my Payout?
As we have resolved the issue, the accurate payout amount will be displayed soon.
If you were before submitting the payout request, you would notice that the invalid campaigns have disappeared. Also, the available payout amount will be decreased accordingly.
If you already submitted your payout request, all the invalid payout amounts will be deducted. (Taxes and fees will be re-calculated accordingly.)
For example, if your payout amount was 400,000 KRW, including three invalid campaigns, the adjusted amount will be 100,000 KRW.
If your payout amount was 100,000 KRW with an invalid campaign, your payout request will dismissed, and all related taxes and fees will not be charged.
We sincerely apologize for this confusion and any inconvenience caused by this issue.
To prevent similar incidents from happening again, we will improve our quality assurance process. This will involve rigorous testing of all changes to the database schema or code before deployment.
Additionally, we will cross-check the source codes to catch any potential issues related to payouts and settlements before they impact users.
