Please read these Payout Terms carefully before using Our Payout Service.

1. Introduction and Eligibility
These terms ("Nurilounge Payouts Terms" or "Terms") are between you and Nurilounge, and incorporate the Nurilounge Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time in accordance with its terms) (found here) and any product-specific terms (together, the "Terms"). By using the Nurilounge Payouts service ("Nurilounge Payouts"), you agree to be bound by the Terms as amended from time to time. To use Nurilounge Payouts, you need to enter data about your payout methods with Nurilounge ("Payout Method"). In case of any irreconcilable conflict between the Nurilounge Terms and Conditions and these Nurilounge Payouts Terms or any product-specific terms, these Nurilounge Payouts Terms shall prevail. Users must be at least 18 years old to use Nurilounge Payouts.
2. Available Payout
Nurilounge will calculate your available payout in accordance with any applicable campaign-specific conditions. We may provide you with regular reporting on your total estimated payouts and the basis on which those have been calculated ("Available Payout"). You acknowledge that such data is provided "as is," and Nurilounge does not guarantee that it will be error-free or that mistakes will not occur from time to time. Your Available Payout does not constitute an obligation of Nurilounge to you and is provided for reporting and informational purposes only. You have no ownership or other rights in your available payout until payouts are disbursed to you. Your payouts will be paid to you in KRW. Depending on the payout method, the payout can be converted into the denominated currency in your bank account, and the exchange rate and fee for the conversion may vary depending on the payout method you choose. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any payouts to which you are entitled through your use of or access to Nurilounge’s services or products—including but not limited to Nurilounge Payouts, affiliated services and products, and all websites and software applications of Nurilounge and its affiliates—shall be deemed to have been earned in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
3. Payment
If your Available Payout equals or exceeds the Minimum Threshold described below, Nurilounge will pay your Available Payout via the Payout Method you choose, minus any applicable Fees (as also defined below). All payout requests and payment processing schedules follow Korea Standard Time (KST). The estimated payout date is the 15th of the month following the request date (based on KST); if it falls on a non-business day, it may take an additional 1-5 days.
User Responsibility for Payout Details. You are solely responsible for providing accurate payout information (e.g., account holder name, account identifiers, and any other details required by the payout method). Nurilounge is not liablefor misdirected, rejected, delayed, or failed transfers caused by: (a) incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information you provided; (b) providing another person’s details; or (c) restrictions imposed by your chosen provider or receiving bank. You bear all recovery costs and fees arising from such errors.
Liability for Incorrect Information.
Nurilounge is not liable for any economic losses, damages, or fees arising from misdirected, rejected, delayed, or failed payouts caused by your incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information. You bear sole responsibility for such losses, including but not limited to transfer fees, recovery costs, bank charges, and any third-party claims.
Forfeiture for Non-Correction. If your payout information remains incorrect, incomplete, or not updated for more than three (3) years, despite Nurilounge’s reasonable efforts to contact you, payouts cannot be processed and all related credits will expire and be forfeited. The applicable period may change, and any change will be announced in the app.
Supporting Documents.
If Nurilounge has a withholding obligation under Korean law, you may be asked to provide supporting documents. These may include visa-related documents (such as F-6 or F-2 visas)
or government-issued permits (such as part-time employment permits or permissions for activities outside your visa status) . Payout may be delayed until such documents are provided.
Same-name Payout Principle. The payout method must be registered under the same name as the user. Payout requests using a method registered under another person’s name may be rejected or suspended. If you fail to complete any verification procedures required by applicable laws or payment regulations, your payout may be withheld or cancelled. The user bears all legal, tax, or other liabilities arising from requesting or receiving payouts under another person’s name.
To receive payouts, users must reach the Minimum Payout Threshold. The Minimum Payout Threshold varies by branch and can be verified in the app or user guide. You acknowledge that this minimum threshold may vary by branch and is subject to change. Any such change will be notified to you in advance.
Payout will be paid by deducting (a) billing or platform fees, licensing fees, sales and advertising fees, and any other kind of costs and fees incurred in connection with the provision and marketing of the Nurilounge Service; (b) taxes, hold of payout, currency exchange fees, handling fees incurred in connection with the payout method of your choice, bad debt, and any other applicable credits; (c) and bank and transaction fees related to the payout method of your choice.
Your payout is subject to your provision of all information and documents necessary and appropriate for the payout process, and it can be held until such information and documentation are received by Nurilounge.
To ensure proper payout, you must keep your contact and payout information accurate and up to date. See “User Responsibility for Payout Details” above.
The payout method must be registered under the same name as the user. Payout requests made using a payment method registered under another person's name will be restricted. The user bears all responsibility for any legal, tax-related, or other issues that may arise from requesting and receiving payouts under another person's name.
Please note that the "Available Payout" set forth on your profile are provided for informational purposes only and as an estimate and may not reflect final payment calculations and amounts.
If you violate this Agreement, including the Terms of Service, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to withhold (and you agree you will not be eligible to receive) Payout otherwise payable to you under this Agreement, whether or not directly related to such violation. Your payment may be delayed while Nurilounge is investigating invalid activity. If Nurilounge’s investigation ascertains that there is no breach, then Nurilounge will resume payment.
Exceptional Payout Notwithstanding the regular payout schedule and the Minimum Payout Threshold, Nurilounge may, at its sole discretion, approve a payout request if you demonstrate unavoidable circumstances (such as immigration, visa issues, or verified hardship). Exceptional Payout may take the form of (a) an early payout prior to the regular payout date, or (b) a payout below the Minimum Threshold.
If activity restrictions are required as a condition of Exceptional Payout, Nurilounge will obtain your explicit consent during the confirmation process, and will not execute the payout without such consent. Upon your consent, your Account activity may be restricted (e.g., sign-in disabled).
Nurilounge may refuse or delay an Exceptional Payout for fraud prevention, security, legal hold, or compliance reasons. Exceptional Payout is final and cannot be canceled or reversed.
4. Fees and Taxes
Your Payout Request may be subject to transactional fees as set out in the Fee Schedule and as agreed between you and Nurilounge, as well as any applicable Indirect Taxes due ("Fees and Taxes"). Such Fees shall apply to the Available Payout before the deduction of any Withholding Taxes, if applicable (as described below in Section 9). The applicable Fees and Taxes are subject to change. You hereby authorize Nurilounge to deduct any applicable Fees and Taxes from the Available Payout, and, if relevant, for Nurilounge to charge and account for, collect and remit, or, as applicable, direct the transfer to, the relevant tax authorities any applicable Taxes due.
In addition, Nurilounge may deduct or withhold any Taxes that we may be legally obligated to deduct or withhold from any payout made to you under this Agreement, and payout to you, as reduced by such deductions or withholdings, will constitute full payout and settlement to you of such payout under this Agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt, in receiving payments from Nurilounge as part of this Agreement, you will be responsible for complying with all applicable local country tax laws and regulations required by persons or entities, as applicable, receiving such payments. You are also responsible for any charges assessed by your bank or payout method.
5. Indemnity
You acknowledge and agree that the payer under each payout method imposes certain obligations on Nurilounge relating to the provision of services by the Payment Service Provider to you. You indemnify and hold Nurilounge harmless for any damages, costs, losses, or expenses incurred by Nurilounge in relation to the payer as a direct result of your breach of these Terms or the payer’s terms or your otherwise failing to meet an obligation you owe to the payer under the payer's terms. This includes, without limitation, any economic losses, charges, or liabilities arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated payout information you provide, including misdirected transfers, recovery costs, bank charges, and third-party claims, or failure to provide required supporting documents.
6. Set-Off
You acknowledge and agree that Nurilounge may set off any amount owing to you against any amount owing by you to Nurilounge, and you authorize Nurilounge to set-off any such amounts in its reasonable discretion, including chargebacks against your Available Payout that has not been recovered from you.
7. Acknowledgements
You represent, warrant, and acknowledge that:
You have the power and authority to enter into a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws;
You will at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, and other enforceable governmental or statutory instruments;
You have paid and will pay all applicable tax with respect to any payments made to you under these Nurilounge Payouts Terms;
You are responsible for your login details and must take appropriate action to protect your Payouts details and that Nurilounge is not liable for any loss incurred by you as a result of your failing to take such appropriate action;
If you choose an electronic wallet or payout service, you must maintain a valid account with that provider and comply with its terms. Payments will be made to the account you designate within that service. Your payment may be withheld or delayed if you do not maintain accurate contact and payout information. Nurilounge is not liable for any action or omission by the provider or for limitations under the provider’s terms. You are solely responsible for any economic losses, fees, or recovery costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information you provide in connection with such services. See also Section 3 (“User Responsibility for Payout Details”).
Nurilounge will provide you with the functionality to create an automatically generated invoice for each payout request made to your nominated payout method based on the information you provide for using Campaign. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of payout requests and the information included. You acknowledge you are responsible for any subsequent reporting requirements, including tax and earnings reporting.
Nurilounge is entitled to rely on communications with you that originate from any mobile number or email address provided by you to Nurilounge in accordance with the Nurilounge Terms and Conditions.
8. Termination
Nurilounge may suspend or terminate your Payouts or these Terms because of the invalid activity or your failure to otherwise comply with these Nurilounge Payouts Terms. In the event of termination by Nurilounge due to invalid or fraudulent activity or breach of any Nurilounge Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to any further payments from Nurilounge, we may terminate any other Payouts that you may have, and you may be prohibited from creating a new account.
These Nurilounge Payouts Terms will terminate automatically upon termination of the Nurilounge Terms and Conditions.
You may terminate these Nurilounge Payouts Terms and your access to Nurilounge Payouts at any time by providing notice to Nurilounge. Nurilounge reserves the right to terminate and/or modify these Nurilounge Payouts Terms at any time. Your continued use of Nurilounge Payouts will constitute your agreement to such modified terms.
Except as set out above, following termination, you acknowledge that Nurilounge will cause the amount reflected in your Available Payout to be paid out via your payout method that you last choose, minus any applicable Fees. or payout, your payout information may be retained even after termination. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause and clauses 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10 survive termination of the Terms. Termination of the Terms will not affect any accrued but unpaid liabilities outstanding at the date of termination of either part.
Any remaining credits or Available Payouts may be subject to expiration or forfeiture under Section 3 ("Forfeiture for Non-Correction") or if Supporting Documents required under Section 3 are not provided.
9. Tax
You represent and warrant that your tax information entered during the creation of your Payouts Method is correct, complete, and accurate. This information will be used to file any tax reporting where legally required. You may be responsible for income tax or subject to withholding taxes which may be due as a result of payments received and for filing any returns or reports to applicable tax authorities. All payments are subject to the deduction of any taxes, duties, charges, or assessments that Nurilounge is obliged under applicable law to withhold, deduct, or collect by any tax authority ("Withholding Taxes"). Indirect Taxes shall be added on top of Fees as per local legislation. Further, each party shall be solely responsible for collection and remittance to the relevant tax authorities of all Indirect Taxes it is legally obliged to collect and remit, as further described in Section 4 (Fees) above. For the purpose of these Terms, Indirect Taxes and Withholding Taxes shall collectively be referred to as "Taxes".
10. No Agency Relationship
Nothing in these Nurilounge Payouts Terms will be construed to engage you as an agent, employee, partner, joint venturer, or representative of Nurilounge or its affiliates. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written agreement with Nurilounge or its affiliates, you have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any services for or on behalf of Nurilounge or its affiliates, and no payments you receive through your use of or access to Nurilounge Payouts shall be construed as compensating you for services rendered as an agent, employee, partner, joint venturer, or representative of Nurilounge or its affiliates.
11. Applicable Laws
You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Nurilounge Payouts.
12. Severability
Unless as otherwise stated, should any provision of these Nurilounge Payouts Terms be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Terms, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
13. Waiver
Any failure by Nurilounge or any third party beneficiary to enforce these Nurilounge Payouts Terms or any provision thereof shall not waive Nurilounge’s or the applicable third party beneficiary's right to do so.
14. Definitions and Interpretation
As used in these Nurilounge Payouts Terms, the words "include" and "including," and variations thereof, will be deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation.”
For clarity, the following terms shall have the meanings below unless otherwise specified:
“Available Payout” means the estimated payout amount calculated and reported by Nurilounge, which is provided for information only and does not itself create any payment obligation.
“Minimum Payout Threshold” means the minimum payout amount that must be reached before payment is processed, as may vary by branch or jurisdiction.
“Exceptional Payout” means a payout approved at Nurilounge’s discretion outside the normal payout schedule or below the Minimum Threshold due to unavoidable circumstances.
“Supporting Documents” means documents that Nurilounge may request to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, such as visa-related documents (e.g., F-6, F-2 visas) or government-issued permits (e.g., part-time employment permits, permissions for activities outside visa status).
“Same-name Payout Principle” means the requirement that the payout method must be registered under the same name as the user.
