As we begin this new year together, we want to share some important updates about our chat service.
As part of our ongoing improvement work, we've previously successfully upgraded our chat system to provide a better messaging experience. As we informed at the time, we've been running the existing and new chat systems in parallel, but we're now fully transitioning to the new system. As a result, all chat history from the existing chat will be deleted on February 18, 2024.

How to Check Existing Chats: Open the Nurilounge app > Chat tab > Existing Chats
If you have important conversations or information in your chat history, please make sure to save them before the deletion date.
