# Community Guidelines & Policies

The **Nurilounge Community** is a space where creators can freely share their thoughts and connect with one another.

To maintain a healthy and positive community, please review the following guidelines.

### 🚫 **Prohibited Content Policy**

The following types of content are **not allowed** in the community:

| Category                               | Description                                                                    |
| -------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Violent & Hateful Content**          | Includes physical violence and hate speech                                     |
| **Sexual Content & Explicit Material** | Includes graphic sexual images or explicit text                                |
| **Encouraging Illegal Activities**     | Includes content promoting drugs, crimes, fraud, or gambling                   |
| **Spam & Promotional Content**         | Includes excessive advertisements or auto-generated spam                       |
| **Misinformation & False Claims**      | Includes intentional false information, conspiracy theories, and fake news     |
| **Personal Information Disclosure**    | Sharing personal data of yourself or others                                    |
| **Copyright Infringement**             | Posting copyrighted materials (images, videos, etc.) without permission        |
| **Self-Harm & Suicide Encouragement**  | Includes sharing self-harm methods or promoting extreme actions                |
| **Violation of Others' Rights**        | Includes unauthorized use of someone’s likeness, defamation, or identity theft |

**📌 Consequences for Violations:**

* Posts/comments **may be hidden without prior notice**.
* Repeated violations may result in **restricted access** to the community.
* Severe violations (e.g., illegal activities, extreme hate speech) may lead to **account suspension or permanent ban**.

### 📝 **Off-Topic Posts**

Each **channel** within Nurilounge has a specific topic.

If a post does not match the topic of the channel, it may be **hidden by the moderation team** without any penalty.

Hidden posts are **not permanently deleted** and may be restored if necessary.

Before posting, please check that your content is relevant to the channel.

### 🔐 **Creator Verification & Usage Restrictions**

#### **1. Creator Verification Required**

Nurilounge Community is **exclusively for creators**.

Therefore, **only verified creators who have completed Social Media(SNS) verification can post and comment**.

💡 **If you are a "Member" user and wish to participate in the community, please complete SNS verification.**

#### **2. Account Penalties & Community Restrictions**

If you receive a penalty for violating policies in **other Nurilounge activities**, your community access may also be affected.

If your account status is **"rejected"**, you will be **unable to create posts** within the community.

If you believe this restriction was applied in error, please contact **customer support** for further review.

### ⚠️ **Legal Disputes & Platform Responsibility**

* Nurilounge serves as a **platform provider** and does **not intervene in personal disputes between users**.
* Any legal disputes or conflicts arising from posts or comments **must be resolved between the involved parties**.
* However, **in accordance with applicable laws and regulations**, Nurilounge may review and take necessary actions regarding reported content.
* If required, Nurilounge may **cooperate with relevant authorities** in cases involving legal violations.

### ⚠️ **Consequences for Violations**

To maintain a safe and respectful community, Nurilounge may take the following actions:

1️⃣ **Warning:** Minor violations may result in post/comment being hidden.

2️⃣ **Temporary Restriction:** Repeated violations may lead to temporary suspension of community access.

3️⃣ **Permanent Ban:** Serious violations (e.g., illegal activities, repeated hate speech) may result in a permanent account suspension.
