First and foremost, we want to express our gratitude to all our users for making good use of the ‘Payout’ feature since its update.

To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone, we have had to make some adjustments to our handling fees. Below, you will find the details of the updated policy.

Effective Date

• July 8, 2024 (Thursday) (KST 10:00 / UTC 01:00)

Changes

• Nurilounge payout handling fee: 5.5% of the total payout request amount (Handling fee 5% + VAT (10%) 0.5%)

  ※ Please note that following the update, the commission rate will be temporarily reduced to 3.3%. (Handling fee 3% + VAT (10%) 0.3%)
