🟣Notice: Temporary Suspension of Shipping to Canada

Dear Nurilounge community,

First of all, we'd like to thank you for your continued interest and support of Nurilounge. We wanted to share an important update about our Canada shipping service.

Recently, we've noticed that many of our Canada branch users have been struggling with customs and duty fees on their shipments. This has led to an increase in the number of refused shipments, which has created a difficult situation for both our users and our team.

After carefully reviewing this situation, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our shipping services to Canada. Please see below for the dates of the suspension.

• Effective date: scheduled for 2025, January 10th (Friday)

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This decision was not made lightly, and we are actively working to find a better solution for our Canada branch. We are grateful for your understanding of this decision. We will continue to do our best to serve you better in the future.
