# Notice : Nurilounge Customer Service Paused During Chuseok Holiday

Dear Nurilounge Members,

We would like to express our sincere thanks for your continued love and support for Nurilounge.

In celebration of Chuseok, a traditional Korean holiday (Korean Thanksgiving), we would like to inform you that Nurilounge customer service will be temporarily paused during the holiday period.

* **Period: September 14th (Sat) to September 18th (Wed) (KST)**\
  **(September 13th 15:00 - September 19th 01:00 (UTC))**
* **Service Pause: There will be delays in responding to user inquiries.**

During this period, you can still submit inquiries via the inquiry form or email. \
However, please note that we will begin responding to inquiries starting from 10:00 AM KST (01:00 UTC) on September 19th (Thu).
