I forgot my ID, but there is no button to find my ID. What should I do?

You can log in using the email you provided during the registration process. If you forget both, please contact us at lounge@nurihaus.com.

I forgot my password.

You can set a new password through the "Forgot your password?" button on the login screen.

You will receive a password resetting email to your email you provided during registration.

Finding my password is not working!

Didn't receive the password reset email? Let's troubleshoot:

  1. Double-check for any typos in the entered email address.

  2. Verify your spam folder for the email.

  3. Ensure the email you're checking is the same as the one used during registration. Confirm if you might have signed up with a different email.

If none of the above applies, please contact us at lounge@nurihaus.com.

How can I change my phone number?

If you've moved to a different country or changed your contact information recently, you can update it.

Why is the Korean flag displayed on the "My Account" page?

Nurilounge is a platform that brings together creators from around the world.

To help users connect with creators in their country, Nurilounge has created dedicated communities for each country. When you sign up for Nurilounge and enter your contact number, the platform automatically sets your branch using the national code in your number. This way, you can easily find and connect with creators in your area and collaborate on projects.

I want to quit Nurilounge and delete my account.

We deeply understand the importance of safeguarding our users' personal information.

If you have made up your mind to terminate your account and delete your information from our service, please go to the 'Settings - My Account' page and click on the 'Delete Account' button, which can be found at the bottom of the page.

*NOTE: We would like to inform you that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all your stored data, including Jelly. Furthermore, access to Payout in real-time will not be available. Therefore, we suggest that you carefully consider your decision before proceeding with the account deletion process.

I want to cancel my campaign application.

You have the option to withdraw your application before the brand approves it. Please note that once the brand accepts your application, it cannot be canceled.

I applied for the Quest campaign, but it shows no changes.

Applying for a campaign doesn't guarantee 100% participation. When you 'apply,' you express interest in the campaign created by the brand, and the brand reviews and selects participants according to their schedule. Please carefully check the schedule provided in the campaign details.

Those selected for the campaign will receive individual contact from the brand. Currently, Nurilounge does not have a feature for brands to reject applicants. Instead, creators can cancel their application anytime before being selected for the campaign.

In case the selected participants are unable to participate, the brand will contact the next candidate. If you wish to participate in the campaign, keep your application status.

I'm living outside Korea for now. Can I apply for campaigns?

We regret to inform you that the current Nurilounge campaigns are only accessible to users based in Korea who have a Korean contact number. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to users from other countries. However, please be assured that we are actively working on expanding our services to members in different countries. Our team is working diligently to prepare the necessary procedures to make this possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to make Nurilounge campaigns accessible to a wider audience.

I was accepted for the campaigns but suddenly could not proceed. What should I do?

Unforeseen events may occur at any time, and in case you are unable to continue with a campaign, kindly inform the brand through the app's chat as soon as possible. If the brand agrees, Nurilounge will cancel your participation without any penalties.

I finished the Paid campaign. When can I get my Payout?

If you wish to withdraw your payout, kindly submit your request on the "Payout" page of the app. Your payout will be scheduled on the 10th of the second month from the month of request. e.g. - Request date: Jan 23st - Payout date: March 10th

Please note that requests can be submitted for amounts exceeding or equal to 200,000 KRW.

Notification

I turned on the push notification on the Settings page. But I never received it.

Even if you've enabled push notifications in the app, you must allow the device permission to receive them. Please check your device permissions according to the respective OS.

  • iPhone(iOS):

  1. Open "Setting" and search "Nurilounge."

  2. Turn on "Allow Notifications"

  • Android:

  1. Open "Settings" >"Apps" and search "Nurilounge".

  2. Tap "Notifications".

  3. Turn on "Allow Notifications"

I want to turn off the push notification.

If you want to stop receiving push notifications, you can do so by going to the "Settings- Push notification" page.
