If you have any questions or run into difficulties while participating in a campaign, you can always reach out to your Campaign Manager through chat.

📝 How to Start a Chat

1️⃣ Go to the quest you’d like to ask about

Please visit the Manage page of the quest you have a question about.

2️⃣ Select “Got a question? Start a Chat”

Click the “Got a question? Start a Chat” button to begin.

3️⃣ Confirm before opening the chat

If the chat room is not currently open, a confirmation pop-up will appear.

If you would like to proceed, please select “Start Chat.”

4️⃣ The chat room opens and the chatbot starts

Once the chat room is opened, a chatbot will start automatically.

Most common questions can be resolved quickly through the chatbot.

The chatbot can help you with topics such as:

  • Delivery & tracking

  • Deadline extensions

  • Submission issues

  • Content guidelines

After reviewing the chatbot’s answers, you can press “Issue Resolved” to continue.

5️⃣ Connect with support if you need further help

If your question cannot be resolved through the chatbot and you’d like to speak with a manager, please press “Chat with support” at the bottom of the screen to connect with a Campaign Manager.

The “Chat with support” button may appear only after certain chatbot steps are completed.

In some cases, a Campaign Manager may also reach out to you first. If you receive a message from a manager, please review it and reply if a response is needed.

6️⃣ Check your messages in the Chat tab

All new messages and notifications can be found in the Chat tab.

Please check your chats there and you’ll also receive a notification when a new message arrives.

7️⃣ Availability of the Chat Room

You can open and revisit the chat room at any time while the campaign is active.

Please note that once a campaign is completed or dropped, chat will no longer be available for that campaign.
