If you have any questions or run into difficulties while participating in a campaign, you can always reach out to your Campaign Manager through chat.
Since the Dec 16 update, chat rooms are no longer opened automatically.
This update was made to improve convenience, so you can open a chat room only when you need one and communicate at your own pace.
๐ How to Start a Chat
1๏ธโฃ Go to the quest youโd like to ask about
Please visit the Manage page of the quest you have a question about.

2๏ธโฃ Select โGot a question? Start a Chatโ
Click the โGot a question? Start a Chatโ button to begin.

3๏ธโฃ Confirm before opening the chat
If the chat room is not currently open, a confirmation pop-up will appear.
If you would like to proceed, please select โStart Chat.โ

4๏ธโฃ The chat room is now open
You can now communicate comfortably with your Campaign Manager ๐

5๏ธโฃ Messages from your Campaign Manager
If the Campaign Manager needs to contact you, they may send you a message first.
In this case, you will receive a notification.
6๏ธโฃ Check your messages in the Chat
All new messages and notifications can be found in the Chat.
Please check your chats there and continue the conversation.

๐ผ Helpful Note
Once opened, the chat room will remain available while the campaign is active,
so you may return at any time if additional questions arise.
