Hi Creators 💛

We’d like to share a small but important update about the chat feature on Nurilounge.

To make communication smoother and more comfortable for you, we’ve improved how chat rooms work during campaigns ✨

Let’s walk you through what’s changed!


🌿 What’s new with chat?

Chat rooms are no longer opened automatically.

Starting with this update, chat rooms will only be opened when you choose to start one.

We made this change so you can:

  • Open a chat only when you actually need help

  • Avoid unnecessary or unused chat rooms

  • Communicate with your Campaign Manager more intentionally and comfortably


💡 How does it work now?

  • If you have a question during a campaign, you can open a chat directly from the quest’s Manage page.

  • Once you start a chat, the room will open and you can freely communicate with your Campaign Manager.

  • If your Campaign Manager needs to contact you first, they can also send you a message — and you’ll receive a notification 🔔

All messages and notifications can always be checked in the Chat tab.
