First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our users for your continued support and for making active use of the payout system.
Thanks to your engagement, the payout feature has become an essential part of our service, and we truly appreciate it.
In order to ensure a more secure, reliable, and seamless payout experience, we will be implementing updates to our payout methods and service fees.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as these adjustments were unavoidable and made after careful consideration to improve overall service quality.

Details of Changes
1. Discontinuation of PayPal Payouts
PayPal will no longer be supported as a payout method on Nurilounge.
This change has been implemented to improve system stability and overall service quality.
We sincerely ask for your understanding regarding this transition.
2. Introduction of Payoneer as a New Payout Method
To better support users who may find it difficult to receive payouts via bank transfer, Payoneer has been newly added as an available payout method.
By using Payoneer, you can conveniently receive payouts with only your account information.
We hope this addition provides a smoother and more accessible payout experience for you.
3. Adjustment of Service Handling Fee Rates
Service fees have been adjusted as shown below.
This was a carefully considered decision aimed at offering a more sustainable and improved service to all users.
We kindly ask for your generous understanding.
Temporary Payout Suspension for System Migration
To prepare for these updates, the payout system will be temporarily suspended during the final migration period:
Suspension period:
December 1–3, 2025 (KST)
Payout request resumes:
From December 4, 2025 (KST)
Please note that this temporary suspension is necessary to ensure a safe transition to the upgraded payout system.
Additionally, payout requests submitted in December are paid on the 15th of the following month, as per our standard schedule.
Therefore, even if your request is submitted starting December 4, your actual payout date will remain unchanged, and no delays will occur in your payout timeline.
Important: Payout Method Re-Registration Required
Due to the system migration and changes in supported payout methods,
all users will be required to re-register their payout method after the update.
If, during campaign application or payout request, your payout information appears as blank or unregistered,
please take a moment to re-register your payout method before proceeding.
This will help ensure smooth processing of future payouts.
These updates were implemented to enhance the stability and quality of Nurilounge’s payout experience.
